Location - Margao, Panjim, Mapuca, bicholim, ponda , Dandevado

Bancassurance Channel

Package - 20-25% hike given from your current CTC and experience

Age- Max 38

Education- Graduation

Experience- Minimum 1 year experience BFSI Sales / Loan Sales / Insurance sales/ Casa sales.

Job Responsibilities For Banca Channel-
• Handling Branch and Employees , Providing product knowledge to branch employee.
• Converting leads provided by company and assign branch
• Maintaining relationships with branch Employees and existing customers.
• Training, guiding, updating the RMs and PBs on life insurance concepts, selling skills, products of company, and processes.
• Responsible and accountable for Channel Partners Sales/ Business targets for the allocated branches.
• Assist /Help RM to generate leads and log into prospective applications and driving and motivating the branch staff along with the RM and providing support for logging in applications sourced.
• Prospect and meet customers within and outside the Branch as when required.
• Managing the relationship between internal team and channel partner so as to
• Provide all possible support to the channel partner as a face of parent company.
• Ensuring timely issuance of policies with resolving all pending etc.
