India's Leading Holiday Company is urgently looking to hire International Outbound Calling and Customer Service Representatives with excellent English skills (spoken & written) for our office in Bengaluru. The candidate should be ready to work at Australian and European timings. Candidates with previous Call centre/BPO experience will have an advantage.

As an International Outbound Calling and Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to clients located in various countries and providing exceptional customer service. Your main goal will be to assist customers, address their queries, resolve issues, and ensure their overall satisfaction with the company's products or services.

This role requires excellent communication skills, cultural awareness, and the ability to handle customer interactions professionally and efficiently.

Work Timing - Australian and European timings.

Qualification- Graduate
