This job will be responsible for providing efficient customer support by resolving client problems over the phone on a daily basis. You'll take care of any problems that emerge so that we can provide full satisfaction to our customers.

RESPONSIBILITY:

Customers should cultivate relationships with essential personnel..
Ability to properly communicate over the phone.
To ensure client satisfaction, schedule regular meetings with them.
Handle all loan-related phone calls, both incoming and outgoing.
