Designation - Customer Relationship Manager

1. Outbound Telesales process

2. Welcome call on IMT features & wellness benefits to members.

3. Lead generation on Insurance plans basis customer profiling.(Top Up & Parents cover)

4. Managing sales leads & mailing quotes to customers for required plans

5. Sales closure for Insurance plans. (Monthly Incentive Payable)

Ideal candidate will be:

1. Highly organized and able to multi-task.

2. Self-driven and proactive nature.

3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

4. Quality of being Patience and active listener.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
