Job description

Roles and Responsibilities

Ensure correct billing as per Tariff, attend to customers queries on billing disputes and seek clarification on correct billing information & respond to customer promptly, Familiar with handling Emails and reply on email.
Generate and send invoices to customers for services provided, ensuring accuracy of charges and timely delivery.
Manage accounts receivable by tracking customer payments, following up on overdue payments, and reconciling payments with invoices.
Manage accounts payable by tracking vendor invoices, processing payments, and reconciling payments with vendor statements.
Monitor cash flow and ensure timely and accurate recording of all financial transactions.
Prepare and maintain financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
Work closely with the sales and operations teams to ensure billing and financial information is accurate and up-to-date.
Participate in financial planning and analysis, including budgeting and forecasting.
Ensure compliance with company financial policies and procedures, as well as legal and regulatory requirements.
Provide support and assistance to the finance team as needed.
A candidate from the logistics and express industry would be preferred.
