Responsibilities:

Handle inbound/outbound customer calls professionally

Provide exceptional service, address inquiries, and resolve issues promptly

Maintain records and collaborate with the team for efficient support

Meet performance targets

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred

Previous BPO/call center customer service experience

Excellent English communication skills

Strong problem-solving and computer proficiency

Flexibility for UK/USA shifts, including weekends and holidays

UK/US customer handling experience preferred
