HR Recruiter Executive

We are looking for a experienced candidate in a recruitment profile with good communication skills in English and must have a good knowledge regarding hiring process and job portals

Job Details – Working Hours – 1pm – 10:30pm from Monday to Friday (UK Shift Job)

Salary Range – 15000 to 25000 & Location – Noida Sector - 10

The following are examples of potential responsibilites:

Manage the entire hiring process for a variety of open roles, aiding managers in identifying, choosing, and retaining excellent candidates.
Employing a database of qualified people from which to pull as positions become available can help you create high-touch encounters.
Together with the hiring team and top managers, develop, perfect, and put into practise cutting-edge recruitment tactics.
Keep an active presence on job boards, social media, and other platforms to find eligible candidates and post job announcements and descriptions.
Maintain strong connections with customers and provide the right match for each one's requirements.
By sourcing individuals using a variety of search tactics, you may build a solid prospect pipeline.
Candidates are screened using phone interviews and resume assessments.
Extend the offer period to expedite the process.
Required education and experience:

possessing at least one year of hiring or human resources expertise
superb interpersonal, communication, and decision-making abilities
Knowing Microsoft
familiarity with computers and job boards.
an established track record of conducting successful telephone, video, email, and in-person interviews.
Bachelor's degree (or an equivalent degree)
aptitudes for managing time
a working knowledge of developing recruitment methods
