WHAT YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE

You won’t be just a manager of operations at your Stanza Living residence.
You’ll be the face of the brand. For parents, guardians, colleges/universities/corporates we partner with, and service delivery partners.
You’ll plan, coordinate and execute all day-to-day operations. That includes housekeeping, meals, security, internet, laundry, and social events. Maintaining high-quality delivery in a high-pressure environment, over long hours, will be your key responsibility.
You’ll collaborate and coordinate with other departments. Such as sales, project managers, design team, F&B, etc.
You’ll maximise consumer satisfaction, minimise costs and ensure compliances. While following the standard operating guidelines.
You’ll perform all customer-facing tasks. From answering general customer queries to being the first point of contact for serious situations. That means calmly and expertly handling any emergency.
Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
