Morning Shift

Responsibilities:

Responsible for validating, servicing, and completing final documentation checks before arranging lodgement of loan applications to the appropriate lender
Validating loan applications with the assistance of company AI, document requirements and lender servicing calculators to ensure the application meets lender’s eligibility requirements
Reviewing and assessing a large volume of system-verified loan applications efficiently and accurately
Assisting with reporting the application outcomes into the CRM and management of the email inbox
Qualifications:

Undergraduate or postgraduate degree preferred
2+ years of experience as a Loans Processor or similar role for an Australian Financial Services company
Demonstrate a high level of attention to detail with the ability to work under pressure when necessary and ability to deliver high quality results
Strong PC / typing skills - Excel, Google Suite and CRM software (Salesforce preferred)
