We are seeking a highly organized and versatile individual to join our software company as a Receptionist. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional reception and administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth functioning of daily operations. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees with a professional and friendly demeanor.
Answer phone calls, redirect calls, and take messages as necessary.
Manage the company's front desk, ensuring cleanliness and tidiness.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
Perform basic administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and photocopying.
Assist with office supply management, including inventory, ordering, and restocking.
Help maintain a productive and organized work environment.
Perform general office errands and assist with miscellaneous tasks as needed.
Requirements:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
Proficient in basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, etc.).
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
