We are a tech-for-good platform that provides complete crowdfunding solutions to empower individuals, NGOs and social enterprises to raise funds for medical emergencies, personal needs, creative projects or any social cause - be it big or small. We aim to bring together generosity with the need to maximize people's potential to do good. The company was incubated at the Harvard innovation lab's Venture Initiation program in the USA in 2014. ImpactGuru has offices in Mumbai, New Delhi, Singapore, Hong Kong, Jakarta, Kuala Lumpur, and San Francisco.
About the Internship:
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Contribute to the overall product roadmap across all platforms - web, mobile, and apps - after careful consideration of the needs of internal and external parties
2. Lead development of new product offerings by conducting market research, user surveys, and the like to understand where and how we can satisfy unmet consumer needs
3. Manage the product development process from conception through wireframing, design, build, release, analysis, and iteration
4. Work on being a critical voice of the user within Impact Guru, and ensure we are doing everything we can to help users save money
5. Employ a range of qualitative (user discovery research, focus groups, usability studies, etc.) and quantitative (surveys, analytics, market research, etc) methods to better understand our users' needs
6. Conduct A/B tests to understand how we can increase the desired use case(s) of our products
Note:
1. Location: Mumbai (Onsite)
2. Prefer candidates who have completed their education and can take up full-time employment post-internship completion
