Indian chef de cuisine:

12+year of experience in Indian ala carte and bulk cooking experience.

Must be well versed with regional cuisines of India.

5 star hotel’s, fine dining restaurant experience is a must.

Hotel management/ culinary graduate

Strong English communication skills

Soft spoken and strong team player.

Strong Indian ingredient and equipment

Japanese CDP:

Must have worked in high end Japanese restaurants (Eg. Wasabi, townhall, public affairs, Zen etc)

A minimum work experience of 7years.

Should be well versed with Japanese cold dishes, hot dishes and sushi
