Assembly Interconnect Technology Engineer

Job Description Responsible for AIT topic representor in project discussion as Integrator and driving the topics to achieve QCD and milestones for the project. Get involved in defining and carrying out trials in new development of processes, analyzing the results, report preparation Responsible for carrying out of tasks in the development activities related to new/ existing products and related assembly interconnection technology (Areas of PCB/ high power substrates, soldering and electronic components, gluing, coating, sealing, etc..) Co-ordination of development tasks with interfaces to suppliers, production plant Co-operation with international specialized/expert teams Good understanding of statistical tools and hands on experience Information in below fields will be highly appreciated Experience and knowledge in Problem solving tools and VDA 6.5 Core tools PCB (Printed Circuit boards) manufacturing and processes impacting interconnection techniques in case of assembly of electronics with various techniques of soldering (THRS, THT, Press-fit, SMT, etc...) Understanding of reliability in the areas of AIT IPC-610, 650, 1601: Knowledge, JEDEC standards for e.g. A121, J-STD-002, 003 knowledge German Language: Basic/ advanced fluency Qualifications: Degree in Mechatronics/Electronics/chemical from reputed Institute with 12 years of experience OR Masters/ PhD in Mechatronics/Microelectronics/Electrical engineering from reputed Institute with 8 year of working experience Job Function: Production/Manufacturing/Maintenance/Packaging Industry: Automobiles/Auto Component/Auto Ancillary, Manufacturing/Industrial Specialization: Production/Manufacturing/Maintenance Qualification: Any Graduate Employment Type: Full Time
