Vendor Development Engineer

Minimum 4-5 years work experience in sales of Auto parts for reputed Auto ancillary units. If there is experience in rubber or plastic parts, it would be added advantage

MS Office ( Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook,) MS Project

Graduate in any engineering stream preferably Mechanical Engineering/Automobile Engineering

Strong Interpersonal relationship

Strong influential skill

Exemplary communication skill (Written and Verbal both in English)

Define and establish the vendors selection and management process.

Monitor the process of vendor identification

Negotiate, settle and approve the commercial aspects with the vendors

Form CFT to develop localization plan.

Examine and leverage low-cost sourcing capabilities.

Review and drive processes and procedure to identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce cost in procurement of materials /parts.

Identify and develop vendors including selection /qualification in order to ensure competitiveness and business benefits.

Salary: Up to ₹800,000.00 per year
