Must be Conversant to study and analyzes the drawing and specifications and draw down the requirement of materials and labour. Must be conversant to understand the Measurement Books and technical measurement Must be conversant with the rate analysis and market rate estimation of any item of work. Must be conversant in preparation of budgeted quantities from a drawing, Working Knowledge of Auto Cad is must. - Must have experience of preparation of monthly running A/C bills for submission to Railway or PWD. - Controlling and monitoring the wastage of manpower and materials.
