Job Purpose

Lead a branch and formulate sales & collection strategies by developing sales forecast, appointment of channels & sales force to achieve the sales targets.

Major Areas of Responsibilities
• To plan & develop sales forecast, budget and manpower plans for current & untapped market.
• Forecasting on the operational plan - territory wise composition of distributor-wise targets, reach expansion plan, channel correction plan, resource plan etc
