Job Description:

The candidate will be responsible for handling work related to Project Finance, Taxation, Subsidy Consultation, Virtual CFO Services, CSR assignment, Business Registration & certification, Company Incorporation, Other Managerial Advisory services etc.

Role of the candidate:

1. Document preparation and Liasoning with Bank related to Project Finance.

2. Finalization and directing team members in filing returns under Direct and indirect tax laws.

3. Analysis of the activity of the client and application of Subsidy as applicable to them, preparation of documents and liasoning with Government authorities.

4. Formation of CFO policies as per requirement of the Client and execution of the same.

5. Leading and directing team of 2 to 5 members as allotted for Particular Task.
