Responsibilities:

• Responsible and accountable for the Day to Day operations

• Increase Distribution

• Define the territory of each ISR / SR / SS / SO under him

• Work with & without the ISR/ SR/ SS/ SO in the retail market

• Prepare estimates of sales for his territory & achieve the targets

• Responsible for achieving Targets

• Take initiatives in increasing the productivity and increase sales
