Computer Service Technician

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Computer Hardware Service Engineer to join our team. The primary responsibilities of the Computer Hardware Service Engineer will be to troubleshoot and repair computer hardware issues, as well as provide technical support to clients.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Diagnose and repair computer hardware issues, including but not limited to desktops, laptops, printers, and servers.
2. Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware components such as CPUs, memory, hard drives, and peripherals.
3. Provide technical support to clients over the phone, via email, or in person.
4. Ensure the security and integrity of data by following established protocols.
5. Maintain accurate records of repairs and service requests.
6. Keep up-to-date with new technologies and hardware developments.
7. Communicate with vendors and service providers to obtain necessary parts and support.
8. Participate in ongoing training and development programs to improve technical skills.
+. Provide on-site or client side support as needed.

Requirements:

1. Minimum Academic Qualification : Diploma (Preferred : Computer Science)
2. Proven experience as a computer hardware service engineer or similar role.
3. Strong knowledge of computer hardware systems and components.
4. Familiarity with various operating systems, including Windows OS and macOS.
5. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
7. Excellent communication and customer service skills.
8. Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
