• The Primary Task Of A BPO Executive Is To Handle make international calls to Customers Or Clients And gathering Data
• Giving A Resolution To The Customers Or Clients Should Be The Whole And Sole Responsibility.
• Excellent Communication Skills
• Proactive & Interpersonal skills
• Ability to take quick decisions and respond to Customer inquiries and ensuring that the Customer's Issues are attended promptly and all their concerns are resolved immediately.
