Job Role : Executive Production Bulk Manufacturing

Exp : 6-8 Years

Responsible only for supervision of people and Production output of overall Bulk Manufacturing section.

Must have good Knowledge of managing people and shop floor workers, work study, efficiency, optimal motivation of workers and output. Some knowledge of machines useful but people management is key skill needed

Maintain sustainability of accepted quality deliverance of manufacturing products.

Coordinate with warehouse, Production and R&D on regular basis

Reduce the cost of utility.

Candidate should have exposure of Material Balance.

Candidate should have exposure of Stock Verification.

Process Control

Ensure BMR is timely filled for the smooth conduct of the process & maintain records of the same.

Must have experience of Bulk Manufacturing production like Personal care/Cosmetic care products/ Perfume & Aerosol.
• Must be from Perfume &Aerosol / Personal care & Cosmetic care Company

Should possess experience in Production Planning, Scheduling, Production Co-Ordination.

Should be aware of chemical properties related to Cosmetics/Colour Cosmetics/Personal care Products

Production Management.

User knowledge in JD Edwards Added Advantage or Working Knowledge in any ERP software

Good Interpersonal Skill

GMP knowledge and experience

HMI / Scada basic operation skill
