• Technical Experience : a: CATS, EHS b: HCM workflow management, ESS/MSS, LSMW, configure Work Schedule Request c: at least 2-3 end to end SAP implementation 2-3 support, Rollout experience in HCM PA / OM module d: Good understanding of SAP HCM business process
• Professional Attributes : 1 should have good communication 2 must have analytical skill 3 sound knowledge of presentation 4 should work under pressure
