Description: Operation Executive
Performing day to day operational activities (Vehicle delivery to customers, vehicle minor repairs, Customer
complaints resolution, marketing - Lead Generation and other miscellaneous activities) for a commercial two-wheeler sharing business.

Must Have: Valid Two-wheeler Driving License, Smart Phone (4G, Camera & Whatsapp), and Two-wheeler in
own name (Fuel will be reimbursed)

Key Responsibilities:
 Vehicle delivery / Pick-up to customer locations.
 Coordination with customers for their problem resolutions.
 Coordination with dealerships for Service & Maintenance of Two-wheelers.
 Troubleshooting/Repair of Two-wheelers.
 Minor parts & Accessories fitments in Two-wheelers.
 Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders for smooth operations.
 Testing of vehicles as per business needs.
 Regular feedback and market research to keep the services at par with competition.
 Lead generation – Visiting Colleges / Offices / Residential Society for direct sales promotion activities

Salary: ₹14,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
