The Team

Pyramid Evolution is a strategic platform for processing and risk managing derivatives in the Investment Bank. It is used by Equity Derivatives business globally. The platform suite is responsible for low-touch quoting, trade capture, event & position management, and feeds to downstream systems such as accounting and legal documentation. Products range from high volume listed products to highly complex over-the-counter structured derivatives.

The platform uses a range of technologies including React, Java Script, Java, C#/WPF, Python, and Cassandra on Windows and Linux platforms and an ever increasing footprint on AWS. Job Summary

As a Senior Manager of Software Engineering in the Equities Tech team of the Corporate & Investment Banking business. We are looking for a strong lead with hands on Java and Cloud experience to own and drive one of the many initiatives we drive out of the region. The person would be the face of the initiative facing global stakeholders, partnering with product owners in shaping the direction that the platform takes and will also serve as a mentor to 20 odd member team having presence in Bangalore. They would also have an opportunity to design and influence the architecture of our suite of micro services as we transition from on premise hardware to AWS.
