Fleet Executive

Ms. Logiswift Xpress Based in Bangalore, having a Fleet of 100+ vehicles are looking for a Fleet Executive to manage the Fleet.

Job Responsibilities include:
• Recruitment of Driver Possessing Heavy Driving License.
• Background checks of drivers.
• Having good rapport with drivers and having control on them.
• Allocating Vehicles and ensuring that vehicles are clean and well maintained.
• Tracking of vehicles to ensure that the vehicles reach designated locations on time.
• Diesel allocation based on Kms travelled & maintaining records.
• Ensuring that required Papers are Maintained by Drivers.
• Maintain Daily / Weekly / Monthly records as per company requirement.
• Providing data & preparing Salaries for drivers.
• Overall Fleet Executive would be a bridge in between the Company and the Drivers, it would be feather in his ca if he himself also possess Heavy Driving License
