D Key Result Areas
• Should belong from Insurance domain knowledge especially Medical Management
• Should have basic knowledge on New Business, Underwriting processes and Finance
• Should have hands on experience in managing medical process i.e. Type of Medicals, TPA co-ordination, Medical field challenges, Invoice Management
• To perform / manage different processes in medical management along with effective tracking and delivery
• Daily co-ordination with vendors & channel / Support team on BAU handling
• Excellent communication skills to manage channel partners
• Should be able to handle work pressure. Decision making and situation handling independently
• Should be solution given person
• To have industry knowledge on medical handling processes
• To explore new processes basis past experience which will help to create robust process flows
• Excellent knowledge in MIS and Power point
