Skills Required:
• Minimum 5+ year exp in Insurance domain
• Insurance BA with strong Business and Data Analysis Skills
• Ability to define Integration process flows after analyzing source and target applications.
• Ability to analyze, structure data using SQL.
• Strong analytical skills with capability to determine the root cause of problems/ issues and provide solutions.
• Responsible for gathering, analyzing, detailing and tracking requirements.
• Ability to juggle multiple, competing, frequently changing time sensitive deadlines and priorities.
• Strong communication, presentation skills - both written and oral
• Ability to communicate results and progress internally and externally in meetings, presentations, and technical talks
• Strong Interpersonal skills and logical skills
• Familiarity with Rally, Agile methodologies
