Customer Support Executive

Keypoints:

Overview: We are looking for someone, sharp and good at solving problems. Great english skills is a must in order to communicate with customers. Talking skills in Hindi are also highly recommended. You will be part of our operations team, working closely with dispatch and logistics to ensure a smooth delivery on orders to our customers. We are an online e-commerce website offering fashion accessories to end customers. You will have to learn to use our CRM software to efficiently resolve customer queries. Additionally, you will need to understand operations processes from dispatch of orders to basic maintenance of the website. We have a young team of eager to learn members that you will be working with, giving you immense room to learn and grow.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Salary: ₹12,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
