We are looking for Sr. Specialist- Purchase for Takve location who is having 6 to 8 years of Experience in Manufacturing industry. Job Responsibilities and Major Activities / Tasks: Administration of Tool Room department. Make improvements in existing projects in process, technology equipment, Dies and Fixtures. To take care of Tool Management activities on the shop. Additionally support the production processes. Understand IATF requirements for new project Dev. & Tool Room Process. Should work as per quality systems, procedure & maintain records. Work with fellow team members and engineers as a part of team when required helping to improve productivity and quality. To work with Gestamp Automation, Europe Team in the establishment of initial policies, procedures and processes for the operation. Identifying problematic areas in all dies and fixtures and decide the action plan. New HS tool development and fixture development manufacturing & Buy-off activities Downtime reduction and Tool Improvement activities Major Competencies/ General Skill Areas Ability to work within the team, unsupervised; Previous experience with similar type of industry. Key Qualifications/Requirements Reporting to Operation Head. Education: • Diploma In Mechanical Engineering. OR BE with Mechanical Background
