Graphic Designer

Location: Bangalore

Educational/ Professional Qualifications: Graduate in Fine Arts (Full time BFA or MFA) / Design / MultiMedia

Key Job Responsibilities:
• Proficiency in using computer software (Adobe tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Flash and MS Office tools like Power point and Word) to generate new images.
• Sound knowledge of print and web graphics and should possess good visualization skills
• Collaborate with creative team, internal sales\marketing team to develop creative solutions and then translate those solutions into meaning full graphics.
• Design and produce marketing communications (print and digital) artifacts for a wide variety of clients.
• Keen eye for creativity and details.
• Proactively recommend\participate in creative communications for marketing proposals.
• Attend meetings as assigned.

Desired Profile:
• Having experience in visual design preferably in marketing communication domain (design of marketing brochures, case studies templates, mailers, presentation templates, visual identity, print).
• Must have good visualization skills, and a flair for creative thinking. Samples of previous work (like hand drawn paintings, digital artifacts or online content) must be provided for evaluation before interview.
• Should be adept at computer skills; familiarity with Print and web-based software, Adobe and Microsoft Office products is essential.
• Work with internal business partners to ensure that a creative theme is included throughout all presale proposals.
• Should have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to successfully juggle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Be proactive and have the drive and ability to handle projects in individual capacity as well as while being a part of a global team.
• Self-motivated, desire to assume leadership role and strong team player.
• Decisions and Solving Problems capability — Analyzing information and evaluating results to choose the best solution and solve problems.
• Stay current on industry trends.
• Mentor other designers.
