WE ARE HIRING FOR Oracle Exadata admin

Experience Range: 5-8years(Relevant)

Location -Bangalore

JD:

Must-Have:
• Exadata X8 M, Exadata Patching, Linux, Shell Scripting, Oracle, PCA X8, Memory management, Networking

Good-to-Have:
• Hardware replacement, Ansible

Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role :

1 .Must have Exadata experience (Experience on Exadata X8-M will be preferable):

2 .Perform daily Health checks on the systems undertaken – ensure performance and availability of all Exadata systems are in place for the upcoming day

3 .Ensure all data managed under the Exadata environment is backed up and recoverable to any point in time

4 .Install, maintain, configure Exadata systems and associated services on an ongoing basis

5 .Support and Maintain the Exadata patching levels

6 .Perform and direct performance and tuning activities on the Exadata systems

7 .Manage Exadata security and controls around privileged access

8 .Enforce standards across the Exadata systems

+ Provide Operational views and standpoints on solutions and designs provided by Architecture and Design; Engineering;

10 .Must have experience in Linux Environment:
• Shell scripting
• Administrative tasks
• Memory management
• Networking
• Performance tuning

11 .Should have experience in Oracle databases

12 .Should have experience in PCA X8 Machine

13 .Should have knowledge in Hardware replacement

14 .Should have knowledge on Ansible
