12th Pass Job – Hindi Call Center

Persuasive Speaking Skills, Tone/Pitch should be polite.

Make calls to clients both Fresh and Follow ups to convince them for hearing check-up & hearing aid trial with accurate, valid and complete information.
• Make confirmation calls for all the appointments booked in VC diary for the day. Try to confirm maximum Assessment Appointments for the clinic.

 Additionally minimum 12 follow up calls to book appointment for exiting clients per day.
