Location - Malad, Mumbai

Experience - 4 Yearswork experience as a Sous Chef

Salary - 20k In Hand

Education - Graduate

Job Responsibilities
• Manage day-to-day food preparations and other operations of the

caf kitchen
• Design and plan food and drinks menus as well as daily specials
• Developing new food and drinks recipes
• Ensure that the kitchen operates in a timely way that meets our

quality standards
• Preparing daily work schedules for kitchen staff to manage busy

periods
• Hire and onboard new kitchen staff
• Train the kitchen staff on food and drinks preparation as well as

proper use and maintenance of equipment
• Produce high quality plates both design and taste wise
• Manage kitchen inventory and coordinate with the Caf Manager

for purchases
• Make sure kitchen cleaning is done before the daily operations

start and we comply with hygiene standards
• Ensure that the food provided meets the quality standards
• Ensure that we comply with and enforce sanitation regulations

and safety standards
• Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers

and customers

Requirements And Skills
• Minimum 04 years work experience as a Sous Chef
• Minimum Bachelors degree in culinary science or related

certificate
• Understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients,

equipment, procedures
• Creativity and passion for food preparation and presentation
• Excellent record of kitchen and staff management
• Accuracy and speed in handling emergency situations as well as

busy periods and providing solutions
• Familiar with industrys best practices, food quality standards,

hygiene standards and safety regulations
