URGENT HIRING FOR -Sr. Finance Manager (Digital marketing)

Location - Mumbai ( work from office)

CTC- Negotiable for right candidate.

Job Description-

1.Manage day to day accounting and ensure books are maintained updated and correct at

all times

2. Bank reconciliation.

3. Manage the billing process by ensuring client/Intercompany invoices are raised within

the closing timelines.

4. Monitoring the client/intercompany outstanding and follow up for collection.

5. Ensure invoice wise allocation of the amount realized from client/intercompany entities.

6. Maintaining accurate internal MIS for revenue and unbilled at any given point in time.

7. Verification and approval of Travel and Entertainment reimbursements submitted by the

employees and responding to their queries.

8. Issue of vendor Purchase Orders.

+. Booking of vendor invoices.

10. Creation of month end vendor provision list and monitoring of the same
