Sales Executive

We are a leading manufacturer of VR headsets, seeking an experienced Sales Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B, B2G, and D2C markets, with experience in Consumer Electronics, IT Supplies, Gaming Gear or Games, Software Sales, Hardware Sales. We're looking for someone with excellent communication skills in both English and Hindi, as well as a strong aptitude for negotiation and relationship building.

Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets
• Identify and target new customers in B2B, B2G, and D2C markets
• Manage existing customer relationships and identify opportunities for growth
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records and reports
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction
• Participate in industry events and trade shows to promote QWR's products
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments
• Provide feedback to the management team on market trends and customer needs

Requirements:
• 3-5 years of sales experience in Consumer Electronics, IT Supplies, Gaming Gear or Games, Software Sales, Hardware Sales.
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or related field.
• Familiarity with Indian VR market trends and players would be an advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, G Suite, Slack, HubsSpot, ZOHO.
• Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close deals.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (both oral and written).
