• Check rooms & common areas, including stirways & lounge areas for cleanliness
• Schedule Shifts & arrange for replacements in cases of absence
• Respond to customer complaints & special request
• Participate in large cleaning projects as required
• Ensure compliance with safety & sanitation policies in all areas
