Retail Sales Specialist

Retail Sales Associate Job Responsibilities:  Serves customers by helping them select products.  Drives sales through engagement of customers, suggestive selling, and sharing product knowledge.  Greets and receives customers in a welcoming manner.  Responds to customers’ questions.  Directs customers by escorting them to racks and counters.  Provides outstanding customer service.  Documents sales by creating or updating customer profile records.  Manages financial transactions.  Billing  Alerts management of potential security issues.  Assists with inventory, including receiving and stocking merchandise.  Keeps clientele informed by notifying them of preferred customer sales and future merchandise of potential interest.  Replenishment of products  Display of products  Warehouse handling + to 10 hours of work Retail Sales Associate Skills and Qualifications:  Listening  Excellent customer service  Meeting sales goals  Selling to customer needs  Product knowledge  People skills  Energy level  Dependability  General math skills  Verbal communication  Job knowledge Education and Experience Requirements:  10th Pass  0-1 years of retail experience desire

Please note below pointers before mobilizing:

1. We are primarily looking for male candidates for all existing stores , NSO stores can have a mix of both Male & Female , Hence please ensure walkins accordingly

2. All Male candidate must be willing to work in 2nd shift ie 12-+/ 1-10 pm.

3. All candidates must carry original PAN Card, AAdhar card, 10th 12th marksheets alongwith CV on the date of Interview itself / soft copy must be there

4. Candidate must be vaccinated with 2nd dose of vaccination & if selected & booster dose is DUE , they need to get themselves vaccinated post selection.

5. Candidate must come properly groomed & must be briefed about grooming ie. Clean shaved/ hair do etc.

6. Weekly OFFs will not be given on Saturday /Sundays/ Public Holidays.

7. Employees would be primarily taken on Trainee apprentice , in case of freshers , post 6 months of Satisfactory performance , they will be absorbed as K1 employees
