Key Experience/Skill Requisites:

Mandatory skillset is :

Candidate should have hands-on experience in Android Framework experience and he/she should expert in Android & C++. (Normal Android App developers or application developers won’t be fit for this role).

If the candidate has experience in Android framework he/she will have C++ experience.

5-7 years Android development experience (Services, HAL in Android)

Good to have : Infotainment domain/CAR Framework

At least 2 years of experience in Android OS based Infotainment domain (added advantage)

Exposure to Android + or higher

Expertise in Android Framework API & CAR Framework usage.

Expertise on Android AOSP build system

Expertise in OOP concepts.

Expertise in Java, C++ development

Expertise in HIDL and HAL services implementation.

Experience in Android Security policies. Added advantage

Experience in Android Product/Device/Board Configuration and Setup . Added advantage

Good understanding and debugging skills of Android startup and initialization sequences

Good understanding of performance optimizations in Android

Skills for analyzing and fixing any issues in Android Framework or service layer.

Experience in Android Tradefed Framework usage for writing Integration tests

Knowledge and experience in CTS, VTS requirements and compatibility issue analysis

Knowledge of Android Test Frameworks

Tools – GIT, Geritt, JIRA, Polarion, Confluence, Android Studio, VSCode, Enterprise Architect (UML), VMWare, Coverity.

Knowledge of Google Test Framework and testing frameworks used in Android like Junit, Mockito.

Excellent problem solving and debugging skills, complete ownership of the building blocks.

Good Team player and should follow agile development methodologies as part of SW development life cycle.

Good interpersonal and communication skills

Highly self-motivated and energetic

Salary: ₹500,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
