-Maintaining Employee Database and handling day to day employee concerns. -On time & error-free processing of letters, completion of pre and post joining formalities along with proper on time documentation of files. -Facilitating induction programme with all the new joiners along with other joining formalities. -Coordinate with inter stakeholders in identifying all the training needs and facilitating the same either through internal or external sources. -Producing & providing error free timely data every month for payroll input. -Co-ordination with relevant stakeholders for data gathering & ensuring on-time collection of validated payroll input (attendance, deductions, etc) for capturing them in the inputs. -Co-ordination with the Finance team & bank for on time & accurate payout to the employee (monthly) -Comply and follow all procedures within the company security policy.
