Job Description
• Master's/Bachelors' degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Computer Information Systems, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 6+ years of IT experience in a must.
• Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills as resource would eventually be an SME.
• Expert level in programming would be a plus point, Experience with user interface design, database structures, and statistical analysis.
• Analytical mindset, good problem - solving skills and software debugging capabilities are a must.
• Ability to work as part of a team and can work with cross commits including offshore counter parts, adapt to new technologies and can learn new tools.
• Investigate and troubleshoot production issues. pinpoint problematic code and dependencies in real time, helping to resolve issues faster. In - depth troubleshooting and real - time monitoring capabilities.
• Shall be able to support application platforms in both production and the non - production test environments and participate in regular application release processes.
• Shall be able to participate in off hours on - call if required.
• Work with development teams for handing - off or owning support issues and creating team specific knowledge base and skill set.
• Shall be able to perform minor code fixes and co - ordinate with development team for issue management and issue resolution.
• Shall have mobile application development/support experience for iOS and Android platforms
