Information Technology Sales Manager

Responsibilities
Identifying Sales Goals based on the Bench availibility.
Creating Sales Plans and sharing intruction to the Talents Department with skill metric.
Working with Social Media team & grab effective marketing oppurtunities as part of sales plan.
Providing Training to sales assitants and keeping yourself updated with new startergies.
Motivating the Team with incentive plans and timely recognition.
Managing customer Accounts and connections and maintain updated Client Org Chart.

Qualifications & Terms
As this is crucial role for company, should be transparent about the Job satisfication and inform in advance if you are planning to resign (3 to 6 months Notice period based on need).
Minimum

Experience of 3 years in IT related sales. Well maintained Linked In profile. Good knowleage of Sales Stack is mandatory.
Location preference would be given between Bangalore and Coimbatore. Candidates ready to report to Coimbatore will be given more importance
