The Home Appliance Technician is responsible for repairing and maintaining various home appliances such as refrigerators, washing machines, dryers, dishwashers, and other related equipment. The technician will be required to diagnose issues, provide solutions, and repair the appliances in a timely and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities:

Inspect, diagnose and repair various home appliances, such as refrigerators, washing machines, dryers, dishwashers, and other related equipment.
Conduct routine maintenance checks to ensure appliances are functioning properly and efficiently.
Use hand and power tools, as well as testing equipment to diagnose and repair appliances.
Order necessary parts and equipment for repairs and maintain inventory levels.
Keep detailed records of repairs and services provided, including time and cost estimates.
Provide customers with excellent service and communication regarding the status of their appliances.
Maintain a safe and clean work environment, adhering to all safety regulations and protocols.
Keep up-to-date with changes and advancements in technology, as well as industry trends and best practices.
Provide on-site assistance to customers when necessary.
Participate in training sessions and meetings as required.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Formal training in home appliance repair, or relevant work experience.
Knowledge of electrical systems and proficiency in using various hand and power tools.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
