Job Description

Role & Responsibility: Understand the Change Management process as per ITIL guidelines, and review and approve the Change Request, Interact with stakeholders to get any information needed for decision-making (approval of change Request). Update Excel Tracker sheets, Provide inputs to teams about work. Participates in Change Control meetings

Qualification :
• Engineering / Non-Engg Graduate/Postgraduate (Freshers)
• Excellent Communication skills
• Positive attitude to learn (non-technical and technical knowledge required for work)

Self-driven and responsible.

Job Location: Bangalore Only.

Joining Period: Immediate.
