HIRING AND TRAINING KITCHEN STAFF.
DAILY CONNECT WITH SERVICE DEPARTMENT (WAITERS) REGARDING PERISHABLE ITEMS.
MENU PLANNING AND UPGRADING EVERY 3 MONTHS.
FULL FLEDGE CATERING & CANTEEN SERVICES INDIAN AND CHINESE CUISINE. (MOULDING STAFF AS PER REQUIREMENT)
EOD REPORT OF FOOD CONSUMED AND IN STOCK. (EVERYDAY)
DAILY ROUTINE CHECKLIST FOR EVERY STAFF.
