Delivery Executive Relationship Lead

Job Responsibilities:
• Maintain healthy relationship with the DE’s.
• Leading and managing the team of delivery executives to offer the best Customer experience.
• Setting timelines to reach specific goals.
• Recruit & manage the fleet of executives and ensure a healthy and efficient work environment.
• Monitoring real time service levels like fraud and quality metrics and schedule adherence.
• Handle DE Payment issue escalation and help in resolution.
• Carry out re-engagement of inactive riders.
• Conduct field support within assigned clusters to reduce driver churn.
• Performing ad-hoc analysis and reports based on business needs.
• Increase order volume by working closely with demand team and drastic hiring of delivery boys.

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
