Java Developer

Our client is a leading MNC dealing with financial services, Specializing in global financial technology and professional services firm. The ideal candidate would be involved in playing a key role of backend Java Developer.

Some of the key responsibilities will include:
• Design, develop, and maintain server-side components of software applications.
• Collaborate with other developers, product managers, and stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver high-quality software on time.
• Write and optimize queries to ensure efficient data retrieval and storage.
• Develop RESTful APIs to integrate with frontend applications.
• Integrate with third-party services and APIs as necessary.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues as they arise.
• Ensure the security and scalability of backend systems.
• Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to other developers.
• Stay up to date with emerging trends and technologies in backend development.

To be eligible for this role you will require:
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in backend Java development
• Strong understanding of Java programming language
• Experience with backend development frameworks such as Spring, Hibernate, and JPA along with Microservices.
• Familiarity with database technologies such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle
• Experience with RESTful API development and integration
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
