Graphic Designer | 2 - 5 Years- Experience | Work from Office |

HaystackAnalytics is looking for an enthusiastic individual for the position of Graphic Designer who is proactive and highly motivated, willing to roll up their sleeves and get the job done. The candidate must be willing to work outside their safe zones, dealing with the fast-paced nature of start-ups and working with people in an amicable way. The candidate should have excellent multitasking and organizational Produce compelling graphics and visual material and effectively communicate key messages across various channels and campaigns, including BTL activations, marketing collaterals, web, email, and digital ads, as required

- Ability to maintain consistency across different mediums.

- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to ensure consistency of designs across various cross-channel initiatives

- BTL Campaigns: Work Closely with the Marketing team to produce material for all on-ground campaigns while maintaining brand consistency, adapting creatives to our partner's needs.

Adapt existing collateral based on campaign demands.

- Publication design: Work closely with the Marketing & Product team to build product collaterals, publications, research papers and the like

- Assist with campaign and idea generation to help fill our marketing calendars with engaging content

- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and juggle diverse creative demands
