Job Description

This is for facility IT operations support ( Site IT)

Expected to work from Office due to the nature of work.

Responsibilities
• Employee is expected to support one of more IT infrastructure domains such as IT assets, Video Conference, Mobility, Network, server, Storage, Printers,
• Employee will be handling day to day support related incident/requests
• He/She needs to handle problem management
• Employee expected to report monthly metrics related to their infrastructure domain.
• Employee expected to bring in improvements/process changes as part of their job.

Qualifications
• B.E/B.Sc/4 year/3 year degree
• Experience in IT infrastructure domain such as IT Assets/Colloaboration/Network/server/VC/Mobility
• Experience in customer handling
• Experience in incident/request handling
