Recruiter

We are looking for in house Recruiter work from office in Hitech City, Hyderabad.

Job Duties :

We have in house openings to fill Initially recruiter will help fill these open positions.

Work Experience and Skills:
• Should be willing to work in Night Shift ( US Texas Time Zone)
• Should have excellent communication skills to attract talent.
• Should have soft spoken with prospective employees with empathy
• Should be excellent in both written and oral communication skills.
• Should have US recruitment experience with full recruitment life cycle
• Should be good with various IT technologies & terminologies.
• Sourcing qualified candidates within time limits using traditional and creative sourcing skills
• Extensive experience in using Linkedin Recruiter is a plus
• Developed relationships with consultants and strong relationship with sub-vendors.
• Ability to work independently and multi task in a fast paced environment
• Should be able to understand Technical skills for screening the candidates at first level
