We have an urgent need for HARD WORKING FEMALE CANDIDATES for the position of BPO Executive. Who can join our organization immediately and assist our potential clients by providing excellent knowledge and information about the services offered and performing quality checks on generated leads.

Key Responsibilities:-

Calling techniques on prospects and persuading a potential customer to enroll in a product or service.
Explain products or services and answer questions from customers.
Follow the scripts and probe to target better.
Build trust, value others, communicate effectively, drive execution, foster innovation, focus on the customer, collaborate with others, solve problems creatively and demonstrate high integrity.
Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
Skills Required:-

English communication, Basic Microsoft office, Quick Learner.

Candidate Attributes:

Excellent Communication.
Must be fluent in the English Language.
Mature and polite behaviour with customers.
Good in interaction with customers.
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
